When using the Schedule a Report task, there was an issue where individuals could not search within the Cost Center/Cost Center Hierarchy prompt, nor could a saved filter be modified to set up the schedule to run for the prior period. Both of these issues have been resolved.
These reports are now limited to Accounting Journals. Previously, these reports included Accounting Journals (e.g. manual journals or journals uploaded via template) and Operational Journals (automatically created by Workday’s native accounting flow and associated posting rules, e.g. Accounting Adjustments, Allocations, Customer and Supplier Invoices, etc.)
These reports have been decommissioned. They were developed when a unique report was required for each Journal or Journal Line Status. The information from these reports can still be obtained by running Find Journals by Cost Center - Yale or Find Journal Lines by Cost Center – Yale for Status = Posted.
