Workday Financials Overview Documents

Several information sheets about Workday have been produced for faculty, outlining impacts to them and their staff.

The first information sheet, Overview of Changes for Faculty #1, provides a high-level overview of the Workday project. The second information sheet, Overview of Changes for Faculty #2, focuses on buying and paying (known as Procure to Pay), and highlights expense submission, charging instructions, and post Go-Live support. Overview of Changes for Faculty # 3 provides information on accessing Workday from your mobile device. The fourth information sheet, Overview of Changes for Faculty #4, explains portfolio reports. 

These information sheets were distributed to Lead Administrators with requests to share them with Faculty.

Managing Expenses Using the Workday Mobile App

The Workday application allows faculty to enter expenses and approve expense reports on Apple and Android mobile devices. Business Offices will be distributing a printed version of the step-by-step reference card below.
